Why I did.

The gift of birth, is for us to understand that we are all one. The first step to understand that we are one, is having the desire to align oneself with Nature. For the past ten years I have been trying to align with Nature in so many areas, one of the easiest was to wake up along with the Sun.

What happened.

I woke up to create myself. I woke to discover myself. Twelve years down the line, today I live a life that is magical each moment. A life that I see, myself beyond my conditions and limitations. For the expansion that I experience I owe it to the Art of Journaling.

What I did.

Over the years I have developed deep points of focus to discover the root of my feeling. These points have helped my students and friends immensely. At Suryodhayam i will help you bring the same focus to your feelings.

How I can help.

Suryodhayam happens online everyday of the year from Monday to Friday, 5.00am to 5.30am. New intake of participants at the beginning of every Tamil month. No intakes in between the month. Compulsory video on and compulsory attendance.

  • OMG! What an intensely beautiful class today at Suryodhayam.. For half an hour after the class I was sitting in front of the lamp with tears swelling my eyes. I started with saying gratitude to my present house a couple of days before and today with Agni Saatchi I ended up saying gratitude to each and every single womb (in the name of house) that had sheltered and protected me for Jenma Jenma.. and it all came down to finally saying endless gratitude for this body that is sheltering and housing this soul❤️.. what a self realisation today🔥 and I’m just humbled by the gratefulness of the Universe 🙏🙏
