Refund Policy
REFUND
Our program dates are informed well in advance and if for any reason you are not able to attend our sessions, no refund will be provided.
REFUNDS (in case of cancellation of course/program)
If due to any unforeseen circumstances, we cancel any of our scheduled program/course, we will initiate a refund for those who have already registered and made the payment.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have cancelled the program/course. We will also notify you of the refund and take your bank details to initiate the refund.
The refund will be initiated at the earliest and we will keep you informed of the same.
Also if the sessions are interrupted due to any technical issues, the same session will be rescheduled on a later date and no refund will be provided for the same.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
